About Us

 

Groundstrokes Landscapes is small family business based in Launceston, Cornwall.

 

We began trading in 1993.  The founder and proprietor, Anthony Black had recently returned from France, having spent 3 years working on the construction and management of the Disneyland Paris, 27 hole golf resort.  During this time he was also the Disney Resort Landscape Manager.

 

The move into the domestic market was a natural one, prompted by a desire to create large scale schemes and projects within the smaller environment of personal gardens.
